DKDM Baroque Ensemble is a specialist ensemble, presenting repertoire of the 17th and 18th centuries on period instruments. Membership of the ensemble forms a central part of the course for students on the Masters programme in early music at DKDM.
Recent graduates from the programme and guest musicians are also frequentely welcomed.
The ensemble presents two or three programmes each semester, with concerts at both DKDM and other podia in Copenhagen and surroundings. The projects are led by internationally renowned directors such as guest professor Rachel Podger, Alfredo Bernardini, Göran Karsson and Andrew Lawrence King.
