Note: Students are accepted on the basis of their citizenship status on the date of the application deadline.

It is not possible for Non-EU/EEA students to be exempted from tuition fees the first academic year after submitting an application even if their citizenship status changes before the first semester begins.

Upon documentation of changed citizenship status, Non-EU/EEA students can be exempted from tuition fees from the following academic year. Tuition fees are not reimbursed retroactively.

Applicants from Switzerland should follow the EU/EEA application procedure.
