Christina has taught for many years at a number of music schools, evening schools and in private. It motivates her to come up with new methods and change small parameters in her teaching to make students flourish and grow.

In 2019, she chose to initiate Denmark's first Recorder Festival. The goal of the festival is to maintain interest in recorder, create innovation and cultivate community for both children and adults, amateurs and professionals.

As a performing musician, she has a predilection for modern newly composed music and plays in the recorder/guitar duo Oldrup/Lauridsen. With this duo she has released the CD "Eyktime".
